Safest BC Liberal riding in the province so Ralph Sultan will easily be returned and in fact next year may take the title as oldest member in all legislatures in Canada as Monte Kwinter is not likely to run again as well as with the Ontario Liberals low popularity, he will have a tough time holding his seat.

At 83, Ralph Sultan is the oldest MLA in BC. He is not the oldest provincial legislator in Canada though; that honour goes to Toronto MPP Monte Kwinter, who is 86. Otherwise, not much to see here.

The Liberal incumbent is aptly named, as he rules this riding like a much beloved and respected king. Even in his advancing age, Ralph is probably one of the brightest minds in the entire legislature. I will waste no further effort in justifying this prediction.
