As a riding with many older people, and a seat that's gone Conservative or Reform etc since 1993 at least, it's a safe bet that Garry will win this one again. Gun control alone has finished the Liberals' chances, and the NDP don't have a big name running here.

Despite once being an NDP stronghold, every election, Garry Breitkreuz wins by bigger margins and I expect that trend to continue. His strong social conservative views as well as strong opposition to the gun registry are very popular in this rural riding even if people may lean to the left on economic issues.
