| Kelowna, a relatively conservative interior city, has an historical pedigree of voting for the PC/Reform/CA candidate, raking in 14,000 vote and 20,000 vote margins respectively in the 1997 and 2000 elections. While it is doubtful that the new CPC will reach the federal vote level of 49.4% attained in B.C. last time, this seat will likely remain in CPC hands. | |||
