With Quebec's seat totals up (at last!) through Harper-style redistribution, this is in effect a 'new seat' where an existing Orange Crusher is bidding--and with the Bloc's collapse, all but guaranteed to prevail, an NDP version of those 'new' (intended-to-be-)guaranteed-HarperCon seats in suburban Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, et al. Yawn.

While the NDP will lose some ground to the Liberals among non-Francophone voters, all signs point to a continued collapse of the Bloc Québécois vote to the benefit of Team Mulcair. Look for the the BQ to finish with no seats on October 19.
