| The boundary changes benefited the Tories as it removed part of Runcorn and adding on a little bit more Tory rural terrain. Northwich overall is open to a swing towards the Tories, as it did in the recent elections for the new West Cheshire unitary. They would have this in the bag if their numbers are in majority territory, but they are not, so this is too tight to call for now. |
