| One of the more loose-lipped Bloq types--*definitely* not to be confused with Trudeau's old cabinet colleague--Marchand followed a standard Quebec template in his humbled '97 result; he 39, Grit 31, PC 25. Whatever happens to him in 2000 (most likely another victory), it'll probably be standard as well. |
