Monique Pauze was first elected in 2015. riding has been a long time bloc quebecois riding with the exception of 2011 when it went ndp but likely to stay bloc .

And yet more of that ‘so cool, it already returned to the Bloc in '15’ Laurentides-Lanaudiere zone--though much like Terrebonne, a more direct proximity to Montreal/Laval means that the Libs aren't quite *under* half the Bloc vote (and indeed have identifiably ‘strong parts’, notably in Repentigny's eastern suburban extremity N of the Felix-Leclerc--they weren't so noticeably ‘identifiable’ during the Bloc's 90s/00s peak)

Large majorité au dernier scrutin, victoire aisée à venir.
