When the BCL lose here, it'll be to another centre-right party after a complete political realignment. Given that the BC Conservatives are leaderless, broke and have a single-digit candidate roster, that seems unlikely to happen this election.

Took a drive through the riding the other night. Lots of nice houses, high-income earners, and golf courses. Couple that with the fact that the Liberals are running a Cabinet Minister here, and this would be an uphill battle for anybody but the BCLP to win. Surrey South is only slightly less safe for Christy Clark than Surrey-Cloverdale.
