Given how boundaries and demographics changed, any ‘most conservative’ stature to Scarb-Guildwood has been blurred into meaninglessness, or at least a vestigial reflection of all that Bluffs-side desirability--still, it was enough for the Tories to offer their most ‘serious’ Scarborough candidate in '06, ex-PC minister Pauline Browes. And she was still pulverized by almost 2:1 (look, being a pensioner who served under Kim Campbell is thin electoral gruel). Anyway, sarcastic lefties would already declare the Grit's Bloc Scarberia to be ‘most conservative’ enough, already...

This maybe the most Conservative of the Scarborough ridings, but that is really meaningless as a monkey in a red suit could win any Scarborough riding, so John McKay will win a landslide once again.
