Monsieur Plamondon est fort bien implanté dans ce comté qu'il représente depuis 1984. La candidate du PLC lors de la dernière élection se représente ,donc la majoritée pour Louis Plamondon sera quasi identique que lors de la prècèdente élection.

Incredible as this might sound (and truly a measure of two decades of political upheaval like no other), Mulroney-Tory-turned-Bloquiste Louis Plamondon might well be the longest continuously serving MP running for reelection--that is, provided he runs. And even if he doesn't, this is one of the 10 safest BQ seats anyway--with, incidentally, Quebec's lowest NDP + Green total (blame that, I guess, on a strong Bloc).

Louis Plamandon has held this riding since 1984 and each time around he wins bigger. This is a strong separtist riding and with Louis Plamandon having been an MP for over 20 years, he should win this without any trouble.

Sure riding for the Bloc. People are very separatist and this isn't about to change.
