On the face of it a taditionally Tory seat, that has returned Liberal democrats at both Westminster and Scottish Parliament elections last time out. The choice of a Central Belt Councillor by the Conservatives should give a narrow win to the Liberal Democrats. Labour and the SNP are pernially third and fourth and are out of the race.
