Does anyone think the Tories will get a swing of over 18% at this election? Even if they don't, does anyone think that a seat with large numbers of ethnic minority and highly educated metropolitan voters will have an above-average swing to the Tories? It is extremely unlikely that Labour could lose this seat this time, as the party led in the 1999 Euro and 2000 GLA elections.

A mix of typical Labourish South Londonisms with dabs of true English gentility (Dulwich College et al). Anything that was Labour going into the 1997 election won't be U-turning now.
