CA *might* have a chance with the right candidate, but unfortunately, Mario Dumont's on the wrong side of Rimouski;-) Though former PC MP Darryl Gray tried for a '97 comeback--but in vain, although he won what was left of his old Bonaventure stronghold. Count on BQ this time, as you'd expect.

the winds of change are blowing in the gaspe region this election with the tory vote collapsing in quebec this riding will be fought hard between the incumbent bloc member and the liberal challenger. look for a new member for matapedia-matane come election night.
