| Lucien or no Lucien, Jonquiere was the Drummondville to Chicoutimi's Sherbrooke; where PC didn't win in '97 but came a very credible (35%) second. Now that that's been forgotten, it's pretty well safe BQ--all the more for *not* having elected a PC like that dumb Chicoutimi did. |
