The Bloc easily won in the last election with almost half of the ballotscasted. I see nothing that could change the outcome this time. Easy Bloc hold.

Now an auto-Bloq ho-hum, but it went down in political history when, in a 1990 by-election, it overwhelmingly elected Lemon-Aid author Phil Edmonston for the NDP. You remember when, after the PCs began to wear out their welcome and before Lucien founded BQ, it appeared that the *NDP* might become the Franco-Quebec federal vote-park of choice? Dizzying. (Oh, if you're interested, NDP got 1.88% here in '97...)

the vote will polarize in this riding behind the liberals and may even steal some from the incumbent, close race could very well be another liberal upset.
