A rural Alberta riding - guaranteed slam-dunk for the Alliance.

Joe Clark didn't try for his old riding for a reason.

A former provincial PC Party organizer is running for the federal PC Party. There's still a code of loyalty within the Klein Caucus. It's possible that Dale Galbraith (PC Candidate) will be given a hand from his friends in the provincial party.

This riding is solidly Alliance. So is the PC MLA for West Yellowhead, Ivan Strang. Dale Galbraith is a man I deeply respect... but he's also a parachute candidate. The residents here will definetly be sending one of their own, Rob Merrifield, to Ottawa.
